Returns and Refunds Policy

While we hope you’ll be happy with your order, we do have a simple and easy-to-follow returns process.

Whatever your reason for wanting to return something to us, this page is designed to help guide you through your returns process.

Change of Mind

Sometimes you can buy something and when it arrives, it’s “just not quite right”. We understand this. For most Goods bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 7 days and receive a refund.

Please note that a 10% handling fee will be applicable, any postage costs will be non refundable and that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the Goods to us.

We are unable to accept the return of Goods if they have been opened and/or used.

Please fill out the Returns Form by clicking here. Please wait for us to respond prior to returning the Goods.

Once you have been given your Returns Authorisation Number, please appropriately package the items with the Invoice and send it to us so that we receive it no later than 7 working days from the date we responded to your request. Please clearly mark the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the box.

Provided that you return the Goods to us within 7 days of our reponse we shall, at our sole discretion, issue you with a refund for the price paid for such Goods.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Should you receive Goods that have been damaged in transit, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographs of the damaged contents still in the packaging.

Please email us at [email protected] and wait for us to respond prior to returning the Goods.

Provided that we are satisfied that the damage was caused in transit, at our sole discretion, we shall organise a replacement of such Goods or issue you with a refund for the price paid for such Goods.

Please retain the damaged goods as we may ask you to return them to us.

Defective Goods

Should you receive your order and the Goods are defective, you have the right to return the faulty Goods within a reasonable period of time.

Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.

Once you have been given your Returns Authorisation Number, please appropriately package the items with the Invoice and the warranty information that accompanied your item and send it to us so that we receive it no later than 7 working days from the date we responded to your request. Please clearly mark the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the box.

Provided that you return the Goods to us within 7 days of our reponse we shall, at our sole discretion, organise a replacement of such Goods or issue you with a refund for the price paid for such Goods.

In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.

Incorrect Goods

Should you receive incorrect Goods, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.

How do I Return Goods I have Purchased Online

Please fill out the Returns Form by clicking here to inform us of your decision to cancel your order. Please wait for us to respond prior to returning the Goods.

Once you have been given your Returns Authorisation Number, please appropriately package the items with the Invoice and send it to us so that we receive it no later than 7 working days from the date we responded to your request. Please clearly mark the Returns Authorisation Number on the outside of the box.

Provided that you return the Goods to us within 7 days of our reponse we shall, at our sole discretion, organise a replacement of such Goods or issue you with a refund for the price paid for such Goods.

You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the Goods, which means the Goods must be unused and returned in a safe condition. All returns are checked and tested by us. Should your return is found to be used or opened, a refund may not be processed or we are entitled to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value of the Goods supplied to you, if the loss is the result of unreasonable and/or unnecessary handling of the Goods by you.

The cancellation period will expire after 7 days from the day on which you receive the Goods.

The Goods you return must be returned:

  • in a resalable condition;
  • in the origional packaging;
  • if part of a multi-part set, with all parts of the multi-part set; and
  • with the Invoice.

Can I arrange a Replacement Order?

Replacement stock is subject to availability.

Deductions from Refunds

If the products that are returned have been tampered with or a successful return has been prevented in some way by you, We will contact you to discuss your options.

We may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the Goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop.

In particular, if you are exercising your right to change your mind a 10% handling fee will be applicable and any postage costs will be non refundable.

How long will my refund take to clear in my account

Once we have received your returned Goods, we will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:

  • the day after the day we receive the Goods back from you or
  • the day after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order, if there were no Goods supplied.

Please note that it may take up to ten working days for the refund to be shown in your account, depending on your card issuer.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

We will send you an email once your refund has been processed.

Can I return an item that was reduced when I purchased it?

Yes, but the refund will only see you reimbursed for the amount that you paid for the item at the time of purchase, and not the full price.

Will my statutory rights be affected?

No, your statutory rights will not be affected if you return/attempt to return any items bought online.
